I don't even remember clicking on this puzzle, a random plain text file just showed up in my Downloads folder while I was working on some easy level puzzle. I solved it tho, didn't realise it was hard difficulty.

fun fact: i dont know how others solved this, but i used forensics to solve this one, just turn the encoded from octal to a certain encryption and then vinegar should probably help.. no more hints cuz i've said too much (sorry)
