All those having trouble Just go to wiki then check how to input ip addresses and then go to the older version of page and ctrl f (CTF) their is no flag on new page
To any of the people who are still stuck on this go to the English version of Wikipedia then click on contributions, its on the top right, then click on the arrow pointing down. Then click on the box below where it says, "Username, IP address or CIDR range:" then copy and paste the IP as 128.125.52.138 then where it says August 2015, look to the right of it and click diff. Then you'll find the flag?
