It was easy with Cyberchef but I have to understand it using python too.

This is a really fun one! Even tho some are complaining that its too obvious. You can spice it up a bit and write a little (Python) program to decrypt it and maybe to create your own Vigenere Cipher. This way you will learn a lot and thats what it is about, right?
