Correct me if i'm wrong, but according to the bb84 protocol, transmission2 and transmission3 should be the exchange of bases, so the last transmission file was misleading (otherwise, good challenge)

Don't give up on this one. It's very doable and worth the effort. I wasted a lot of time because I was trying to decode 0,45,90,135 as 1,0,0,1 (per an online chart) when I should have been using 0,0,1,1. You'll see what I mean...
