guys im using win11 and opening the file in notepad and searching for ctf gives CTFlearnHº{fl4ggyfH‰EÐH‰UØHÇEàl4g} even if we remove the H,U,Es we get CTFlearn{fl4ggyf‰Ð‰ØÇEàl4g} but its not working

Now I have a .elf file, but now i am sticking at the "open problem". SO I can't open it. Need Help

I could be wrong about this like, in terms other than for this CTF, but I think in general, when you're analyzing an unknown file, you don't want to execute/open it before doing some other things, like using some static analysis tools. I solved the challenge btw haha, so I can definitely say for this challenge it's not necessary to open it, again - the static analysis, now that I look @ when you posted, you probably solved it by now...
