It is called "DMTF", stands for Dual Tone Multi Frequency

for newbie, here is the step: 1. decode the file here http://dialabc.com/sound/detect/ 2. you get the number, so listen again the file to group the number 3. then, convert that decimal number to ascii character here https://onlineasciitools.com/convert-decimal-to-ascii

Guys read about dial tone and DTMF decoding, search online tools or use git hub tools to extract numbers from the the .wav file. Listen how numbers are being typed, its important. Then try to decode numbers. Thanks to that challenge I've learned about DTMF and how to it works. I've also learned how to write python script for decoding these numbers.
