This is so difficult! Took me hours to understand all the comments that were left here. I simply use notepad++ and do a Base64 Decode on the Base64 string below the decoy flag. Any suggestion on what commands can be used on a Linux terminal?
Try the 'strings' command, it extracts ascii strings from binary files. Good Luck!

I have the flag but it doesn't work.
