I don't know why am I here. I just woke up in the middle of the night since am sick and unable to sleep. I saw this random ctf on easy level so just downloaded the file and did only a single command. Got the flag. Pretty easy. Now I go back to sleeep.

I have no idea how I was supposed to solve this, but I found the answer using Notepad++. People are saying use STRINGS, but I don't know what that means.

strings is a linux command used to return the string characters into files

haha, thanks! I've learned a lot since I posted that 3 days ago! Now I'm defaulting to strings, xxd and exiftool for all the picture files I'm running into.

I think those are rly useful for jpegs, not quite as useful for PNGs.
