i don't even need to open any decrypt, just read carefully and u got the flag. really like it
Just look at it, i suggest using xxd so you dont see nonascii characters.

strings shows you possible strings , its not reliable ;)
dont use strings, use xxd instead bro
yes you need xxd for this one; it is designed so that strings will not really work here like it did in RubberDuck :-)
did you mean this problem https://ctflearn.com/challenge/933? I just solved it by using exiftool, but strings also works.
